The MegaRAID® SAS 9285CV-8e SAS and SATA RAID controller provides connectivity for external JBOD expansion and RAID data protection for attached storage arrays. Included CacheVault™ flash cache technology stores write-back cache data in NAND flash memory, eliminating the risks and waste involved in battery backups.
- Connect up to 240 SATA or SAS drives with eight external 6Gb/s SATA and SAS ports
- Bandwidth to support performance-sensitive applications with PCIe® 2.0 connectivity
- Balance protection and performance for critical applications with RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60
- Protect critical data and lower total cost of ownership (TCO) with included CacheVault write-back flash cache
